Join me in this short guided meditation where we’ll find a tree, whether in a city park or your neighborhood, and explore the grounding sensation of connecting with its energy. By leaning against its trunk and visualizing our roots mirroring its own, we can draw strength and stability. 

As we breathe, we’ll consider what supports us in life and what keeps us reaching towards the light, just like the tree’s canopy. Even a few moments spent exchanging breath with a tree can bring a sense of calm and groundedness to both body and mind.
